PROCEDURE

Appropriate incision
Washings
Remove adnexa and tumour bed completely, can retain fertility
Omentum
Pelvic nodes /Para aortic nodes
Peritoneal staging
Appendectomy
Peritoneal stripping
Consider limited bowel resection/anastomosis
Consider splenectomy
Upper  abdomen exploration = inspection and multiple biopsies HIPEC/PeritonectomyàAvailable exclusively at Cancer centres only
